1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tf77 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a game, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they constitute a binding legal agreement between yourself ("the Player", "you") and tf77 ("the Company", "we", "us").

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the tf77 Platform. Opening, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tf77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. tf77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tf77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before processing withdrawal requests. Documents must be legible, current, and unaltered. tf77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tf77 staff will never ask you to provide your password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tf77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tf77 is ৳200. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on tf77 are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity or dispute, the rules published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed shall be determinative. tf77 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred. Settlement of all markets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

6.2 Casino Games

8 Intellectual Property

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by tf77

tf77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where tf77 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players; or (d) required verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, tf77 may retain any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds as liquidated damages. Real-money balances that are not the subject of an ongoing investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, minus any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable period after the investigation concludes.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under consumer protection principles applicable in Bangladesh or prevents you from seeking legal remedies through the appropriate courts.
